👶🏻 BLW Suitable from 6m+
❄️ Refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months

INGREDIENTS
▫️200g / 1/2 tin baked beans 
▫️2 eggs

1. Mix the ingredients well and season 
2. Over medium heat, fry a tablespoon amount at a time 
3. Do not flip until after a few mins, once it’s started to cook through 
4. It will fall apart if you go too early 
5. Cook on the other side, until cooked through
6. Serve and enjoy

Sometimes we need quick lunches and this is exactly that. Im not shy giving of beans to Dafni but always choose the low sugar ones. Lots of fibre in them.

⭐️Beanie Omelette ⭐️

👶Suitable for BLW 6 month- mash beans for babies under 12 months⚠️

✨2 eggs
✨1/2 tin of beans (200g)

Combine the ingredients, mix well and add a ladle of mixture to a hot greased pan. Turn heat down to medium/low. 

DO NOT attempt to flip until egg has set. They should flip easy when ready too. Don’t make them too big and use a good non stick pan. You can add tbsp of flour if you find them difficult to bind d although I don’t. Ingredients: 
* 2 eggs
* 1-2 broccoli florets, raw 
* 2 tablespoon self raising flour (or plain flour)
* Big handful of grated cheddar cheese or Parmesan (optional)
* Little olive oil for cooking 

Method:
1. Add eggs,broccoli, flour and cheese to a blender and pulse until mixed.
2. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
3. Add the egg mixture to the pan and cook until both sides are cooked.
4. Allow to cool a bit, roll it up, cut into strips and serve.
5. Buon appetito! 😋
