I’ve been playing around with a mini hamstring flow, and I had to share because it’s just too good not to!

This Infinity Flow is all about continuously moving through poses in a seamless loop, creating a sense of endless motion and fluidity.

The sequence ⬇️ 
1️⃣ Standing Split 
2️⃣ Pistol Squat
3️⃣ Heron Pose
4️⃣ Cross Ankle Fold 
5️⃣ Side Plank
6️⃣ Gate Pose
7️⃣ Half Split
8️⃣ Thread the front leg back into a standing split where you are set up nicely to continue the flow on the second side!
