STOVETOP OATMEAL To a saucepan, add rolled oats, your milk of choice (or half milk, half water), a pinch of salt, and optionally maple syrup or honey.  • 1/4 yogurt (I used plain yogurt)
 • 1 tbsp chia seeds
 • 1-2 tbsp honey
 • 1 cup milk
 • Mason jar with lid

Instructions 
 • Add rolled oats to jar
 • Add chia seeds
 • Add yogurt
 • Add honey
 • Add milk (I used oat milk. Can substitute almond milk)
 • Put lid on and shake
 • Refrigerate overnight (Or at least 3-5 hours)
 • Enjoy!

I eat this cold. You can add toppings such as blueberries, strawberries, banana, etc

BASIC OATMEAL RECIPE (cinnamon vanilla)

You guys asked for a more basic/simple recipe so here U go!🤣this is my go to recipe since this combo never disappoints🤩

Recipe:
 • 1/2 cup rolled oats 
 • 2/3 cup water 
 • 1/2 cup milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
 • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
 • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (I usually put more🤪)

1-2 tbsp maple syrup 

*optional* 2 tbsp protein powder 

Method: 
 • 1. Combine everything except for protein powder 
 • 2. Microwave for 3 min
 • 3. Stir in protein powder and splash of milk (if needed)
 • 4. Let it sit for 2-3 min 
 • 5. Add toppings

6. Enjoy ☺️
