Misalignments or dysfunctions in your foot or knee can alter the positioning of your femur (thigh bone), leading to compromised hip function and potential discomfort. 

Instead of targeting the hip alone, it’s essential to address how these joints work together to support optimal movement. 

To do this exercise, grab a strap and a yoga block (a pillow will also work if you don’t have a yoga block).

Press both legs out into the strap while simultaneously squeezing the object between your ankles.

Repeat this neuromuscular activation for 1-2 minutes.
