In a casserole dish add: 1-1.5 pounds of chicken cubed (season with taco seasoning, garlic powder and ranch seasoning), 2 boxes of Spanish style rice a roni(take the seasoning packets out) 2. Take 3 1/4 cups of chicken broth and mix that with your packets of seasonings then dump that on your chicken and rice. 3. Add 1 can of diced tomatoes with green Chiles and stir. 4. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour 5. Once finished cooking drizzling hot queso cheese on your casserole 6. Enjoy! Top with sour cream and green onions!! BRITSCOOKIN on Instagram: "Happy Plate! 🥘 Ingredients: • 1 ½ lbs chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces ( I used 4 boneless skinless thighs) • 1 packet taco seasoning (divided) • 3 tbsp olive oil (divided) • 1 small diced onion • 2 cups long-grain @parish.rice • 1 small can (8 oz) tomato sauce • 4 cups water • 1 tbsp chicken bouillon • Fresh cilantro (optional) • Queso for topping Instructions: 1. Drizzle the chicken thighs with olive oil and season with half a packet of taco seasoning. 2. Heat a little olive oil in a large pot. Add the chicken and brown on both sides for a couple of minutes. Andrea on Instagram: "✨One Pan Taco Alfredo Chicken Pasta✨ 1. In a medium to hot pan add a couple tablespoons of oil and 1 1/2 pounds of chicken cut into 1 inch cubes. Season the chicken well with taco seasoning and garlic powder. I also added slap your mama seasoning for some spice. Cook the chicken 5-8 minutes until it’s cooked through. Then remove chicken from pan. 2. Turn the heat down and add 1 1/2 jars (16 oz jars, so a total of 24 ounces) of Alfredo sauce. Then fill the jar with chicken broth all the way up and dump in as well, then another time half way up and add to your pan as well. (So 24 ounces of chicken broth) Now add 1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilies. Mix well then add 1 pound of pasta. Heat to boiling. Then reduce heat and cover for around 11 minutes or until past

They are packed with protein and fiber. I topped mine with Greek yogurt and some veggies. Let me tell you how I made this dinner 🍽️ RECIPE: spray the bottom of a large sheet pan. Add corn tortillas and spray the tops generously. Place them on “low broil” until the are crispy. When they are done top them with refried beans, your protein of choice and red enchilada sauce. Layer another crispy tortilla on top and add more sauce and a layer of cheese. Place back under the broiler until melted.
