Make the Tamales. This is a step-by-step tutorial for the beginner tamale maker. Again, the yield is HUGE. But I'm starting to think maybe freezing some wouldn't be so bad. The recipe uses spiced masa and stock instead of red chile sauce. I definitely appreciate the photo guide but this will be my second to try out.
