I found this idea on Pinterest, and expanded upon it! The "wooden" snowman was designed by me, cut out by my co-teacher's dad and then painted and decorated by me. We used it as a bean bag toss at our school's winter festival. I made "snowballs" out of blue flannel and rice. It was a BIG hit with all the children!

If you're looking for a really easy craft for toddlers and preschoolers to make for Christmas, this one is my favourite. It's just 2 supplies, and so simple, but it will keep your little ones learning, engaged and busy for quite a while. It's great for strengthening fine motor skills and eye-hand co-ordination and my goodness, they look beautiful hanging on the Christmas tree!Click the link below to see how pretty they are!
