Here’s how to make parmesan crusted carrots: * 1 lb medium carrots (sliced into ½ inch rounds) * 1 tablespoon olive oil * ½ teaspoon EACH: garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper * ¾ cup finely grated parmesan cheese (divided) * 1 tablespoon hot honey (optional, but highly recommended) Mix the carrots with the oil, spices, and ¼ cup of the parmesan cheese. Sprinkle the rest of the parmesan on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and then arrange the carrots on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
