Even if you aren’t a baker you can use a store bought cake and put it over it for a cute Snowglobe effect 🥰 Light corn syrup 100g Granulated sugar 200g Water 100g 1. Fill balloon with water to roughly match the diameter of your cake. Make sure to remove any air bubbles out before tying the knot. 2. Place balloon on top of a cup that's much smaller so it will allow the sugar to drip down. 3. In a medium to small saucepan mix together the sugar, water and light corn syrup. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Heat the syrup up to 300 degrees F. Remove from the heat and directly pour over balloon. 4. Let the sugar completely set before removing the balloon. Snip a hole near the knot and drain the water in a large bowl.
