Kerry Kellett on Instagram: "IKEA utility units 🤎✨ First of all, why we did this. We wanted the units to match the laundry set up on the other side of the room. The IKEA Besta in whitewashed Oak with the PAX and Forsand doors are the perfect match. The Besta units are stood proud of the back wall so that they lineup with the front of the PAX unit. We built a ladder frame to slot in behind and support the units, the worktop then sits on top of this. What we used: 1x 100cm PAX in white washed oak with Forsand doors 2x 120cm Besta units All internal storage £340 We purchased our worktops from @howdensjoinery You can get a similar laminate from @ikeauk with a splash back for £155 HAVSEN sink £115 My handles are from @hendelandhendel *pr product KERRY10 saves you 10% #ikea #ikeahack

Little wardrobes can be so expensive so we made our own DIY wardrobe for the girls fancy dress outfits using an Ikea Kallax unit and a clothes rail! Leaving a shelf for shows and a box for all the tiara’s and other accessories! 👸🏽

It was also a great size for the girls to be able to reach the outfits themselves! 🥰

(I forgot to add in my voiceover that the rail does need cutting down to size (hack saw will do) and you will obviously need to make your own holes for the screws - but it’s all worth it, I promise!)
