Corn Chowder in Vitamix 1.5 cups organic corn (fresh or frozen; corn is not available now so I used frozen) 1 red bell pepper 1 large zucchini 1 heaping tsp garlic powder 1 heaping tsp onion powder a dash of cayenne a dash of nutmeg sea salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste 1/2 cup water avocado, cherry tomatoes, a little extra corn and cilantro as garnish
