Nine mini peppers that I cut into slices. I'm just going to come in with some smoked paprika. Add that right on top of our chicken. I got some cumin. Gonna sprinkle that on. I've got some garlic powder. Same thing. Add it to the chicken. I've got turmeric. Gonna get about a teaspoon's worth. Coming in with our onion powder. We've got some salt and pepper. Gonna come in with some olive oil. Drizzle that all over. Toss that to get that all coated. Alright. Gonna bring in my sheet pan because this is a sheet pan dish. Add the chicken and the peppers. I'm just going to kind of even that out on my sheet pan. Alright, I have my oven set at 425 degrees. This is only going to take about 20 minutes or so for those chickens to get nice and cooked in our veggies to get tender. Alright, while our chicken and peppers are cooking, let's make a quick tomato and cucumber salad to top it with. So I just have some cherry tomatoes that I sliced in half. The same amount of some mini cucumber. Just going to do a splash of red wine vinegar in there. And a drizzle of some olive oil. I've got some oregano from my garden. You definitely could use parsley or any other herb that you like. That would be fine. Little bit of pepper and a little bit of salt. That's it. We're just going to mix this together until that's combined. Alright. Our spiced chicken and peppers sheet pan dinner is done. Look how pretty that is. Alright, for mine, I'm going to use some pita bread. You definitely could use a lettuce leaf or whatever you want. I'm just going to add some of that chicken right inside of my pita bread. Don't forget our cucumber and tomato salad that we made. Just going to add that right in there too. Just like that. One last thing that I'm going to add to it and that's just a little bit of feta. You definitely don't have to if you don't want to but I actually love feta in this. Here we go. Oh wow. It's absolutely delicious. I hope you give this one a try. Yum.
