• 350 g Calves' liver
Produce
• 1 large handful Baby spinach, leaves
• 250 g Chestnut mushrooms
• 2 Shallots
Condiments
• 1 tbsp Wholegrain mustard
Oils & Vinegars
• 1 tsp Vegetable or sunflower oil
Dairy
• 150 g 2% fat greek yogurt, fat
• 150 g Creme fraiche, half fat
Beer, Wine & Liquor
• 25 ml Brandy
