• 3/4 cup Pineapple, from a can

• 1 tsp Lemon juice

• 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder

• 1 tsp Baking soda

• 1 cup Brown sugar

• 2 tsp Cinnamon

• 2 cups Flour

• 2 cups Icing sugar

• 5/8 tsp Salt

• 2 tsp Vanilla

• 1/2 cup White sugar

Oils & Vinegars

• 1 cup Oil

Nuts & Seeds

• 3/4 cup Walnuts

Dairy

• 115 g Butter

• 1 250 g block Cream cheese

• 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt, plain unsweetened
