It’s loaded with roasted pecans, doused in rich dairy-free, sugar-free caramel (I know what you’re thinking, but trust me it’s amazing!) and stirred together with creamy yogurt and crushed graham crackers. I know you’re going to love it, thank me later! @agoldenkitchen Here’s how I made it! Full serving of the dairy-free, sugar-free caramel: 1 cup allulose sweetener 200ml coconut cream *fun note about allulose: it’s a sugar that occurs naturally in small amounts in foods like raisins, figs, wheat, maple syrup. It tastes just like sugar and melts like a dream Pour your sugar into a small saucepan on medium/medium-low heat and stir until melted and golden brown. Take the heat down to low and slowly add your warmed/room temperature coconut cream and stir until smooth and thick, or about 7-8 mins. Remove from heat and let it cool. Take roasted pecans, add as much caramel as your heart desires and add to your yogurt and crushed graham crackers. Enjoy! | Tasty
