Holiday Hashbrown Casserole
Ingredients:
1 package (about 30 oz) frozen shredded hash browns (thawed)
1 tsp Dan-O's Original Seasoning
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
8 oz sour cream
1/2 cup bacon bits (or more to taste)
2 tbsp chives (plus extra for garnish)
1/2 stick melted butter (1/4 cup)
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
Mix the Casserole Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the thawed shredded hash browns, Dan-O's Original Seasoning, 1 1/2 cups of the shredded cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, bacon bits, and chives.
