• 2 1/2 cups Beef stock or broth
Condiments
• 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Baking & Spices
• 2 tbsp Flour
• 1 Kosher salt
• 1 Pepper, freshly cracked
Oils & Vinegars
• 2 tbsp Olive oil
Beer, Wine & Liquor
• 3/4 cup Bold red wine
Other
