• 7 tsp Soya suce, light
• 2 Spring onion

• 10 oz Tofu, extra firm
Condiments
• 2 tsp Chili garlic sauce or sriracha
• 2 tsp Tamarind paste
Pasta & Grains
• 8 oz Rice noodles
• 1 Water to cook noodles
Baking & Spices
• 3 tsp Brown sugar, light
• 1 1/2 Table spoon of corn starch
Oils & Vinegars
• 1 Table spoon of oil
• 1 Table spoon oil
• 1 Tea spoon vegetable oil
• 2 Tea spoons rice vinegar
Liquids
• 4 Tea spoons of water
