Citrus Cauliflower Kale Salad

• 1 head Broccoli

• 1 head Cauliflower

• 1/4 cup Cranberries optional, dried

• 12 Grape tomatoes

• 4 Kale, leaves

• 1 tsp Lemon, zest

• 1 Yellow squash, small

• 1 Zucchini, small

Condiments

• 2 tsp Dijon mustard

• 2 tsp Honey

• 1 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh

Baking & Spices

• 4 Salt

• 1 Salt and cracked black pepper

Oils & Vinegars

• 3 tbsp Olive oil

• 1/4 cup Olive oil, extra virgin

• 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
