This is the smaller version of my original 48x28x72in grill This version is 36x22x68 inches with a 18 inch by 23 inch grill This is one of the very few American made grills on Etsy. This grill is inspired by my friend Francis Mallmann, a world renowned chef from Argentina, who has single-handedly inspired the "Live-Fire" movement of large format cooking over wood in the outdoors. Before I met (and went fishing with) Francis, I didn't know any better than to cook over gas flame. He inspired me to look further, chase taste and the techniques that led me to build my own grill. This is the final product and has kept me busier than I ever would have thought. Whether it is a whole 20 pound Striped Bass, An entire suckling pig, A rack of ribs or a peck of eggplants or peppers, these grills give you the control to cook with the more taste than any other outdoor technique I have seen. The signature "V" grill is solid stainless steel (as is the tray) that enables the juices of your meat to flow into a catch basin, avoiding smoke and fire that might ruin your entree. Cooking with "Live Fire" is as old as humans themselves. This grill is just the culmination of all that history in a package that will last for generations, clean up easier, and taste the way cooking did back when dinosaurs roamed the Earth!! This grill can not be shipped in pieces as it is fully welded for long-lasting enjoyment. Please note the extra large wheels for moving it around the yard, gravel, grass. A full back is very important for wood sparks and flame and a full "boxed" cart of heavy material for stiffness, stability and longevity. They are shipped from outside the US, come broken or bent, and when people complain, the sellers need to get parts shipped that take months from overseas. NFIW grills are heavy duty, completely welded and not screwed together, use 3/16" steel plate (3x to overseas models) and will get immediate attention when you call for 5 years or more. Please understand that shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. There is no way to have a one price fit all, when shipping all around the globe. it would not be fair to have someone pay the same built-in price 100 miles aways as it would be for 3000 miles away. Give a ring for a shipping quote! Fire brick is not included as it is very fragile and very heavy for shipping. Locally sourced brick is around $2 each.
