This one combines sweet, sour and salty notes, and is best served with warm bread to scoop up the tomatoes and soak up their juices

• 1/2 Garlic clove, small
• 1 Limes, zest
• 10 g Mint, leaves
• 500 g Sweet cherry tomatoes, ripe
