Customer can place tie-ups accordingly to individual preference. ♡ Tie ups are around 1" wide, and they tie to 12"; they are already stitched and tied into bows. The curved look comes from the tie ups. ♡ *The valance is 21"L (top to bottom) and has a 2" hemmed rod packet. The bottom ruffle is 2"L. The natural color of the valance allows you to combine it with any decorations around the house. It makes any room shine! *The black ribbon is 1". The valance is completely hemmed and made from natural Osnaburg fabric, 100% cotton. I custom make your valance in a smoke-free environment. DIMENSIONS Width: *When making your width measurements, measure the width of the rod or measure from mount to mount. This may be wider than the window or frame.
