Survival Shelter

The most southerly dwelling Australian Gecko is the marbled gecko, shown here. They are nocturnal and dwell in sheltered places such as under tree bark, under logs, between sheets of metal or timber stacked in your yard. When attacked they can shed their tail, which will regrow to original size. The new tail will look different to the first just as this one does - he survived for another day.
