In a baking dish place the following in this order: 1 tbs olive oil 2 tomatoes cut to 1/8s 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and halved Salt, pepper, 2 chopped garlic cloves, sprinkle oregano and bake at 425 for 30 min. leaving room in the middle for the cheese. Prepare a baking sheet. 2. Spread olives, hot peppers, and garlic cloves on baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat well. 3. Bake for 60-75 minutes; stirring occasionally. 4. Serve at room temperature.
