RUSS COLLINS, A legend with CB750′s PASSES AWAY!
Russ Collins was one of the leading motorcycle drag racers and drag bike builders of the 1960s and ‘70s.
Russ Collins on his amazing triple CB750 engined 'Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe' drag bike in the 70's. Each engine was bored and stroked running nitromethane via injectors and it was the first bike to run into the 7 second zone. In 1976 Russ had a terrible crash on the beast which almost totally destroyed rider and bike. however while recovering he dreamt up his next even more outlandish machine.
