I'm going to bring in my bowl. We are going to pour in two cans of whole berry cranberry sauce. I'm going to place a half a cup of brown sugar in with it and a third of a cup of chicken stock. I'm going to pour in two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and I've got one clove of garlic that I made. I've got some cornstarch and I'm doing one heaping tablespoon of cornstarch in there. I've seasoned it up with some pepper. We can't forget the salt. Okay, I'm going to bring in my spoon. We're just going to stir that until it's all combined. Pour that right on top of those pork tenderloin. Gotta make it cover the whole thing. I'm just going to take my spoon and just spread it out making sure that it covers all of that pork tenderloin. Got my lid. We're going to place that on our Crock Pot. I'm doing this on high for two hours but you definitely could do it on low for four. Alright, our Crockpot pork tenderloin the cranberry sauce is done. Look at that. Okay, I'm going to put 'em as gracefully as I can. Oh, yeah. Nice and tender. Look how juicy that is and how tender and how hot, of course. Mm mm mm. So tender. So delicious. Gotta try this one. Yum.

2️⃣Coat the pork chops in salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder and black pepper.
3️⃣Add a drizzle of oil to a large pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add in the pork chops and fry both sides for around 3 minutes, or until they’ve built up a crust on both sides and are just about cooked through the centre. Stack them on top of each other with the strips of fat aligning, then sear for a few mins until deep golden with the fat rendered down. Rest the chops to one side and lower the heat to medium. 4️⃣Melt in the butter, then give the sauce a quick whisk and pour it in. Stir and simmer for 4-5mins, or until it thickens to a thin caramel consistency. Pour in the resting juices from the pork and simmer for a further 30 seconds to re-thicken, then add the pork chops in. 5️⃣Coat in the glaze then serve up with more glaze drizzled on top. Enjoy! *Cooking time is dependent on how thick the chops are. In general, they probably don’t need as long as you think. They’ll carry on cooking slightly as the rest and when added back to the pan. For reference, the safe internal temp for pork is 63C/145F (blush of pink). | Chris Collins

I'm going to show y'all how I make some quick potato salad. Now I'm going to say this up front. Some of y'all going to come at me saying oh you you gotta boil your potatoes. You gotta you know you gotta do it that way. Now I used to. My mother always did. And and I love it that way. But I had a friend who worked for a barbecue place and she always made these big bowls of potato salad in our church function. So she showed me how she did hers. Now she would use the big boxes that she got at Sam's. I used these. Idahoan butter and herb makes the best to me. And these are these are wonderful mashed potatoes. I mean if you're in a hurry it's good. Nothing wrong with using these. So I'm going to be doing two. Two packages. They call for two cups of water each. I will not put all of that water in here because you don't want them to be runny. So I've got my potatoes in here. And I want to put in mine is sweet relish and what I do is I put it around on top and I'm not sure. She told me this. She said put your put your veggies on top and when you pour that boiling water on top, it'll kind of kind of cook those veggies a little bit and it gives it just a little bit better taste. So, I put about half of that jar and then I'm going to put this whole jar of diced piminos but I'm going to strain em first Okay. Now, I'm going to take my water that has boiled. And I'm going to fill this up four cups so I'll know just just mostly just to show you. Let's just put boiling water everywhere. Let me clean this up and and I'm going to take this boiling water and pour it slowly over the top Like I said, I'm not going to use all of this So I'm going to type I've used about three cups. You kind of just have to go by the way it looks to get it to a certain thickness because after this cools a little bit before I forget you can put onion in here if you want she always put onion I don't and after you let this cool a little bit you're going to add some mayonnaise to it and I use Duke's you can use Miracle Whip you can use whatever you want and that's about the right consistency because again, I'm going to be adding to this after it cools a little bit. So, I'm just going to let this set and before you say, oh I would never eat that. Let me tell you something. I have family members that fight over who gets to take the leftovers. This was requested as my dish to bring today to it a bit. So, that's why I'm making it. So, if you're in a hurry and you gotta make some potato salad, I quick and easy way to get you a good bowl of potato salad and I'll be back and finish this when I get ready to put the mayo in. Okay, I'm going to put some dukes. You don't want to put too much because you don't want it to be too thin. These are instant potatoes and you know what happens after a while? They they get a little bit thinner. That's why I don't put all of the water because they need to be a little thick to starve it. Imma add a little salt not much because I already have seasoning in em and some pepper Give this a good stir. Now, can you see that consistency? They're not too thin. They're not too thick. Tomorrow, it'll be even thinner if there's any left and then, I always take and smooth out the top Sorry about the noise. Sorry about the background noise. My ice maker makes a lot of noise and my washing machine's going. And then I take paprika. Because it just makes it look better. Now if you want to put boiled eggs in yours, do that too. I would wait until it cools down a little bit. But it would be really pretty with some on top. So there you go. Takes about five minutes to make. And it really is good. What I say?
