Yeah I’ma need y’all to try this ASAP 🥵 This workout almost took me out 😳 I did this as a finisher after my Leg Day and OMG 😱 Inner thighs was DONE❗️And yes your glutes will thank you also…🙃  ✅Details: Advanced use a pair of dumbbells or kettlebells. I am using 10lbs dumbbells.
