- Confirm your network settings and try an internet connection test.
- If you are using a Wi-Fi hotspot, you may need to log in to the hotspot network in order to connect to the Internet.
- If you cannot open the PS4® console web browser, go to Settings > User's Guide and you will be able to see a log in screen for the wireless hotspot.
