Mickey 17 Reviews
A lot of fun, well done. Excellent message, great acting. Mark Ruffalo was amazing.
Different than the usual movie, nice dory, well made movie overall. Ps. My partner didn't watch it as she was sensitive to some crude scenes, but I didn't mind.
Me encantó la película, es una sátira futurista, bizarra, divertida, original y bien lograda, la actuación de Robert es fabulosa.
By the end I was begging it to be over. It was very boring. The entire plot of him being able to die is crammed within a few minutes then afterwards, he literally never dies or gets reprinted. It was extremely political, same movies cliches, and wasted what a good plot could become. Seriously, extremely boring.
Sayang oras. Eto na siguro un least favorite na Bong Joon Ho movie. Taas kasi ng expectation lalo na sa success ng Parasite. May potential sana na tong movie na to kaso may kulang na hindi ko din alam kung ano
It's a highly entertaining movie—funny and delightfully chaotic. The sets are stunning, and the concept is truly intriguing. The third act drags a bit, but overall, it's an excellent film.
underwhelming performance and story
Better than I was expecting. Pattinson is great!
Potential, failed to deliver
There's a fine line between art and bs. During the first part of the movie I was learning more towards the negative side, I wasn't sure if I should continue watching but I did and I don't regret it! The movie is as if "Don't Look Up" (which I'm obsessed with) had a part 2... But there are a couple of key moments that divide these two worlds. I loved it!
I liked the acting, the set and the idea. It was just too ridiculously over the top. Like I was watching a high school play.
This is some of Robert Pattinson's best work as an actor. It manages to be mind-bending, witty, and funny at the same time. We rarely see a movie of this type with such a large budget behind it. It is refreshing and different from the same old, same old. It is a fantastic adaptation of the book.
It’s pretty good! Has a lot of twists and turns but drags a tad at the end IMO.
An interesting story and an interesting way of telling the story. Felt like a Wes Anderson movie for some reason.
it's boy stuff, but it's glorious. i love bong joon ho. it's got glenn!
A bit slow throughout, like it was being played at 0.75x, a bit long, and sadly only moderately weird, but it was funny and fun enough to be good. Also, I wish Mark Ruffalo and Toni Collette had been a little less cartoonish.
I have enjoyed this film, solid directing and writing by Bong Joon Ho and a great cast overall. The story could use a couple more things but overall it was a good story. Robert Patterson and Mark Ruffalo bring it to their roles. (7/10)
This is the most underrated film of the year from director Bong Joon Ho. If you’re not familiar with his directorial style, then you may not like this film, but I loved it. Great performance from Robert Pattinson and a weird batshit crazy plot
Odd, but creative. It got a little lost in the weeds, but certainly was unique.
Super weird sci fi movie. Hated Mark Ruffalos character. I'm so used to seeing him play Bruce Banner/The Hulk. Robert Patterson played an excellent role as two characters or multiples in Mickey 17. Worth the watch
