I'd go for late 1930s.  The vehicles don't seem to have wartime fittings.

Yes thanks, Hibee. I've actually contributed to that thread as some of my ancestors lived in Wardley St. around the 1900's. I think that you are probably correct about the photo being taken around the late 1930's.

The truck dates pre 1932, not that this helps much.
