Data Notice – This notice supplements the Razer Customer Privacy Policy. For personal data, GDPR/UK GDPR applies alongside your Data Act rights without limiting rights under the EU Data Act or privacy law. - 2.

- 1. Product Generated Data
The device generates data each time there is a state change on the device (e.g., on/off, brightness, color settings), in JSON format. The estimated daily volume should be within the 0.1 to 10 kilobytes range, depending on user usage. The device does not generate data continuously. Data is only generated each time there is a state change on the device (due to user interaction or user configured automation). - 2.
Storage/Access/Erase of Generated Data Product data is stored on product, app and remote server. Product data is required to support the smart functions of the device. Users can request for product data from data holder via email [email protected]. Data is retained until a deletion action is performed. For data deletion on remote server: delete device in Gamer Room / Synapse app or delete user account. For data deletion on device: perform factory reset. For data deletion locally stored on Gamer Room app and Synapse: delete device in app or uninstall app. - 3.

Data availability: event-based, with API for real-time/continuous access where feasible. Retention periods: device state data on device and server until device removed via user’s app or user account is deleted. Access: Submit your request to data holder via email. Third-party access: users can authorise/revoke in-app; third parties restricted from profiling unless necessary to provide the requested service. Complaint route: users may lodge complaints with national competent authorities under the EU Data Act.
Passwords: Devices do not use universal default passwords; each device uses unique credentials or requires a user-defined password at setup. Vulnerability Disclosure: Razer acknowledges within 2 working days and provides status updates at least every 14 days until resolution. Information is published in English and free of charge.
