      I’ve decided to return it. It’s the most well designed item I’ve ever seen... except for drone part of it.
      1 if you start it without removing the gimbol you’ll damage it.
      2. If you don’t read not Manual that wasn’t included you could break the arms if you just ram to close them.
      3. It flies 15 minutes NOT 23!! Best of all... wherever it is when it is low on batter power is where it’s going to attempt to land... so good luck.. and no you dont have another 8 minutes... you’re done right now.
      4. The 3.5 miles distance must not account for it being 4 pounds, lousy antennas and a 15 minute (toy drone flight time).
      5. Don’t bump or have your cats near the cool lit base... one tiny bump and that egg will fall and all the kings horses can’t afford the repair bill if you even can repair it.
      6. Fly the drone... it loses signal, ok I’ll visually fly it... but the camera is all over the place and keeps tweaking out, ok I’ll follow the map back... nope you keep losing signal with this bizarre antenna + controller setup... I’ll listen for it and manually bring it back... oops too late it’s now been 15 minutes... it’s trying to land in the trees.... ugh

      The phantom 3 standard is garbage but it’s solid and GPS. The Upair is a steaming pile of garbage but it flies more than 15 min and gives you a low battery warning so you have time...

      This AMAZINGLY COOL work of engineering terrifies me!

      I just received the Egg an hour ago and I am already thinking about returning it! The first thing I noticed was how heavy the whole case is with the drone, controller, charger and battery. Then I looked around the case and there is NO HANDLE to carry it!! This is ridiculous for a package that weighs this much. I planned to use it a lot and having no good way to carry it I expect that it will become very irritating quickly. Nobody happened to mention this fact in any video I watched about it.

      Next, there is no manual of any use in the kit. Just a tiny booklet that says a few things in super tiny print and a scan code to download everything. Quite honestly, I am going to think about this for a while and decide if the hassle is worth the savings over a DJI Mavic Air. I wanted a less expensive drone that would take good images and videos. Quite frankly, I believe a lot in 1st impressions and I am wondering; if all of the engineers on this project couldn't think to add a handle, what else did they overlook??

      Update: After examining it closer and thinking about long term usage, I decided to return the Egg. Not having a handle will make this extremely irritating to me in the future and prevents me from taking it anywhere easily.

      I have decided to wait, save some more money and buy a DJI Mavic Air instead.

      This drone is so unique that it is an experience as well as a drone. A lot of fun in a unique shape. It takes great 4k images, very well built, complete in one package and the price has been reduced.
      The negatives are that it will take a while to figure out - it took me about 5 short field flights to figure out the controls to my satisfaction. You cannot grab this drone out of the sky. It is quite heavy carrying it around. Probably not going to take this drone on a trip when there are other drones more compact available. The battery is large and to purchase a second battery costs an arm and a leg.
      Al of this being said, if you want to attract some attention, impress people and take great images and video, buy this as your fun drone.

      After a couple of weeks of attempting to get the drone to work,and watching every video on the internet, it finally worked. Took great video and pictures, but definetl impossible to get 360 video. That was last August 2019. Since then I have NEVER been able to get it to fly again. So now I have a $600.00 paperweight. Do not waste money or time on this piece of junk. I finally contacted the "customer service" online, nobody answers the support line, got a link from them to a different version of the app than the one on Play store, and it still never connects to phone. I sent them more specific info and nobody ever got back to me.REALLY FEEL RIPPED OFF!!

      I got this thing and it suck for recording in 4k just look at the video its hardly 4k it looks like crap and I dont think anyone should waste their moneys on this pos or any other pos that Powervision makes i tried to contact them considering the issue and got no where the drone and controls are a neat idea and are solidly built but after that if falls flat on its face should have gotten a DJI just a $500 disappointment and I dont think I will ever buy another powervision I was thinking about getting the more expensive Powereye and was considering get the dolphin but the lack of support and quality of the video I am going to another maybe I can sell this on ebay

      This drone is an ok drone it looks really nice every things really nice but the reasons I gave 2 stars is because the first flight went bad I got the drone to take off than i flew it higher and in less than 10seconds it came back to the ground than at night when I put to charge it WOULD NOT CHARGE so we returned this one and the next one we got was worse the drone looked fine but when I was about to take off it the self scan and there was a major problem with the sensors and the drone would not take off I did everything just wouldn’t seem to work So i returned it and bought a different drone ( not from PoweVision ) baybe it’s just the luck I had that both were bad but personal I my self would not get it again!!
