Single value and qualifiers

Hi, @Mike Peel: good idea. The single-value constraint (Q19474404) constraint use to accept more than one value when a qualifier is incorporated to define/explain the value. Is that the case ?. I think in point in time (P585) or applies to part (P518), for instance. In any case, I assume that media legend (P2096) & language of work or name (P407) should be allowed.
