Caro is the founder of Bloody Words, the Canadian mystery convention that ran for 14 years. She writes in several genres. Her work includes The Tangled Boy, the Merculian series of eight sf-ish adventures as well as two short story collections and five novels under a nom de plume. Caro’s short stories have been published in many anthologies and magazines and she received the Derrick Murdoch award from the Crime Writers of Canada in 2002. Her latest literary novel, DANCING WITH CHAIRS IN THE MUSIC HOUSE received an IPPY Award.
