I’m in high school still and this is my last year so I wanted some cool classes since it’s my last year, I chose to take wood shop and auto, this is my second year taking wood-shop and my first taking auto but I was in wood-shop and my teacher (who also has a taco) was like what do you want to make and at first I was like I don’t know and then it hit me…. Why not make my taco?! (How I want it to look anyways lol) So I set out to find all the parts and this is how it went after 3 months of putting in work for 55 minutes, 3 days a week…

Started by cutting out the doors and the bed, found a plank for the support.

    Almost finished with the body…

Found a block for the wheels.

Turned the block on the lathe and measured 2 inches for each wheel.

I cut out the wheels on the lathe.

This is the ALMOST finished product.. need to paint it and sand it down some more also added a skid plate to the front.
EDIT: didn’t add this in but I just used a dowel and a couple pieces of wood for the suspension, the truck rolls and the suspension holds up good, also put some unnecessary big mirrors on lol :taco:

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
Here I thought you were making a wooden Flatbed.

When I was very young I signed paper work to never touch wood but to put it on the fire.I was forbidden to even enter the wood shop all my years in school.
