Tamiya's Big RED Monster
I've been meaning to get one of these pre painted body sets for ages, and finally found this one on ebay for not too much money!
Basically you get the excellent txt-1 paint job, but in red instead of blue. I really like the design of the lightning, and the red really stands out among the common blue txt's.
I'm not sure if this body set is common, there are only 3 other red txt-1 shells i can find in the showrooms.
I applied some of the decals, but i didn't want to paste it in them, so i only applied the ones i liked. The infamous headlights came pre applied, as all txt-1 owners know they are like hens teeth to find as a decal sheet!
This shell is going to be used mainly for posing, while this trucks original blue one will continue to be used for bashing about. The blinged up blue txt-1 is still a shelf queen, as i haven't got an esc for it yet.
So there you go, Tamiya's finest monster in both colour options :D
