Umamicue has had some residencies in a couple of bars throughout the years. But this summer, you can find their excellent Vietnamese-Chinese-inspired BBQ on Hexe Coffee’s patio every Thursday night from 6-8pm. The menu changes weekly, but you can expect a few of Umamicue’s staples, like juicy brisket or crispy pork belly. And if their smoked blue crab rangoons or nuoc cham-infused potato salad also happen to be hanging out on the patio, order those too.
