Il Simposio is a bit nicer than some of the other wine bars in town, but that's par for the course when you're in Prati. When you walk in, you'll find a large, velvety sofa, two cozy armchairs, and a banquette with bar seating—an ideal space to unwind and enjoy a glass of sparkling rosé from Sicily made in the champagne method. Typically, you'll get a plate of sliced bread drizzled with olive oil and garnished with tiny jalapeño slices to start. There’s also a nice bar and seated dining area in the back if you want a proper meal paired with your wine.
Beppe E I Suoi Formaggi is located in a narrow space in the Jewish Ghetto where you can try a wide variety of cheeses.
Il Goccetto is a wine bar in Centro Storico with great small plates. Have a light dinner here or a snack before a dinner reservation.
