Tiugo Technologies Acquires Uploadcare

Boston, Mass. – [Jan 16, 2024] – Tiugo Technologies, a PSG portfolio company offering a collection of strong developer tools and solutions in the content creation and digital collaboration markets, announced the acquisition of Uploadcare. This marks Tiugo Technologies’ fourth acquisition, with Uploadcare joining TinyMCE, CKEditor and Butter. Founded in 2011 by tech enthusiasts experienced in web development and image processing, Uploadcare is a file management provider and content delivery network (CDN) solution for software developers. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
