Sumitomo Rubber North America (SRNA), a subsidiary of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, has appointed Ken Hsu as vice president of marketing for Falken Tires.
Hsu brings over 20 years of experience through various leadership roles from all facets of the automotive industry, according to SRNA. Before joining SRNA, he served as vice president of marketing and strategy at U.S. AutoForce. His previous experiences in the automotive industry include Yokohama Tire, Tire’s Warehouse, and Volvo Cars. Hsu will oversee the product planning, sales strategies, marketing, and MTP planning departments.
“With experiences from the lens of a supplier, competitor, and customer – the journey brings me to a well-rounded starting point at Falken Tires to collaborate and build upon the tremendous successes,” Hsu said. “Falken has grown through its products, decisions, and, most importantly, great people. I am excited to join the talented team and help focus efforts that will impact and further drive the business.”
