I work directly with leadership teams at exactly that point. As Lead Architect, Trusted Advisor and Engagement Manager, I bring more than methodology. I bring 30+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise architecture, cloud transformation and digital strategy. I translate complex IT landscapes into decisions that hold up at board level.

That only works because I know both sides: technical depth and business accountability. As Head of IT Systems, I built a full-service IT operation with its own data center from zero. 15 years of Azure platform design and cloud strategy across enterprise environments. And a leadership foundation that no MBA teaches: 12 years as an NCO in the German Armed Forces.

I am not an external voice that disappears after the workshop. I sit on the same side of the table, stay through the difficult decisions, and leave when the execution holds.
