Delicious Paneer Roll

About the Recipe

When familiar meals are prepared differently, like chapati, kids usually enjoy them. Create this cottage cheese-based paneer Kati roll, flavoured with herbs and spice powders, for their lunchbox. The rolls may be packaged and wrapped in eye-catching patterns. Oddy Uniwraps, which are grease-proof and reusable, make an excellent partner for packing all your foods.

Ingredients

  • Milk-2 lt & Lime juice
  • Chilli flakes & Onion-2
  • Capsicum & Tomato sauce
  • Chopped garlic pods & Oregano
  • Salt & Red chilli sauce
  • Mayonnaise & Butter
  • Cottage cheese or Paneer
  • Oddy Uniwraps

Directions

  • Boil milk, add lime juice to it, and make cottage cheese. Strain it into a cloth and keep some weight on it to stain the whey water from it.
  • The cottage cheese can be packed in an airtight container and refrigerated to use later, whenever required.
  • Heat a pan, add some butter, and stir in chopped garlic, sliced onion, and capsicum. Add oregano, tomato sauce, chilli flakes, red chilli sauce, and salt. Then add the cut paneer cubes to it, add a little water, cover, and cook for 2 minutes to make a stuffing for paneer rolls.
  • Pinch a ball of wheat flour dough. Roll it into a chapati, cook it on both sides. Spread mayonnaise and tomato ketchup and add the filling.
  • Wrap and tuck it into Oddy Uniwraps. Pack it in your kids' lunch boxes or take it with you when you travel.
