I thought I'd post a few that make me smile on this beautiful Friday. Story? The first photo was right after a Red-shouldered Hawk flew out of the lower part of the tree. The others were calmer, a low amusing, indescribable throaty song that was alerting that the danger was over, I can only imagine. He kept "singing" for quite a while.

It was a cloudy day with white gray skies so the photos are almost black and white. I am not sure how I got blue sky on the first one!

Really like the first one. And the gray backgound will give you the option of changing it out - for a more Halloween background. Sometimes the shot is more important than waiting for a background. I like the shot.

Davyboy, I used my D500 and of course, the Nikon 200-500 lens. Glad you liked the photos!
