Hi, I am Vincent Yūsui van Gerven Oei.

My training has brought me to various fields, from classical composition, linguistics, and philosophy to multimedia art and group-analytic psychotherapy, all of which have profoundly shaped my current practices as a Fuke Myōan shakuhachi player and psychedelic therapist with the Center for Interspecies Meaning-Making.

On a daily basis, I am active in publishing and infrastructures and pursue interests in art criticism and theory, scholarly communication, and philosophy and philology. Having worked for a long time on the decipherment of dead languages, I have recently turned my attention to nonhuman systems of meaning-making.
