The staff are very friendly: Jib and the rest of the front desk crew as well as the breakfast staff were amazing. The waffles are so good, wish I could have them on a daily. Housekeeping was very good and professional. These are the kindest humans I’ve ever met. So happy I got to stay there.

Large Apartment

The room was large and would be great for a long stay vacation. It is a little way outside of the Old City so you will be spending money on cabs or tuk tuks. There is a large grocery store about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. There really isn't enough sunbeds around the pool for the size of the hotel. Breakfast was good. Staff was very accomodating both at the front desk and in the restaurant.

Friendly staff and nice rooms

Booked this hotel with the purpose of escaping the grimey hotels/hostels we had been staying at so far in Thailand. We were happy with our choice. The property is not large but the pool was nice. Chairs were a bit worn down but didnt matter. Gym was new and clean. We were upgraded from a studio to a suite and were very pleased. The room was spacious and well decorated. The hotel staff was accomadating and friendly the entire time. They ordered us ubers anytime we asked since we did not have the app. Cost 50baht to go to night bazaar compared to 100-120baht with a taxi (to and from). Do not accept any taxi above 120 from the night bazaar/old city. breakfast was great...no complaints The only negative was the numerous geckos on the walls. They were on our balcony constantlu so had to make sure the balcony door was closed. We found a huge cockroach in our room and called front desk right away. They came up in 1 minute and killed the cockroach....even though you could tell he was scared too. Very helpful staff.

Check out other hotels before staying here!!!

Basic of basic hotels, was booked for 2 nights but moved out after 1st night. Really expected more based on other reviews, hotel is dated, wi-fi service was appalling, worst hotel I stayed at in my entire trip. Reluctant to credit me for 2nd night but agreed to in the end.

Very quiet and clean - great location.

Hotel was very quiet and comfortable. Pool area was great and the pool was kept at a cool temperature which was very refreshing. The staff in the breakfast dining room were very pleasant and cheerful, food was just okay.

Clean relaxing place

Breakfast included was good. Good variety with yogurt cereal etc as well as options you could have ordered. Did room service food once during our stay. It was good as well. Pool area was nice however not always enough lounge chairs. Location was in a local area. Fun bars and restaurants with locals. However not really in walking distance to tourist areas like the night market. It was a 100B tuk tuk anywhere in town which wasn't a problem for us. Rooms are spacious and clean. You can borrow DVDs from the front desk which was great for the one rainy night we had. My husband made use of the gym. Overall, lovely hotel in lovely Chiang Mai!

The breakfast is really good and the lady’s that serve there were so sweeet! The receptionist and security guard were super helpful and sweet as well! The rooms were nice and spacious and came with a microwave which was very convenient. Housekeeping also did a spectacular job as well!

The staff at the Grand Napat are very professional, they maintain the hotel and pool immaculately. We loved the sunset views from the balcony, and large room with dishes and kettle. The Continental breakfast was impressive and included several menus choices. Only wish it were closer to amenities.

這次入住的房間剛好面對游泳池和山景，環境相當不錯，房間也很寬敞。飯店門口有一間 7-11，可說是加分項目。 不過，飯店位置稍嫌不便，距離各主要景點都有一段路程。雖然看似離真心市集很近，但實際上走路過去並不現實。 基本上去哪裡都需要叫車前往。 此外，飯店下方資訊標示「24 小時應要求提供免費機場來回接駁車」，但實際情況與描述不符： 入住當天我們於晚上11點抵達清邁，飯店卻回覆說晚上不提供接送服務。 退房當天需要前往機場，請飯店協助叫車，結果被告知需要付費。我還不如自己叫車，既方便又省事。 整體來說，雖然硬體設施不錯，但服務細節與宣傳不符，稍顯遺憾。

Great find

Hotel was great and pool very well maintained. Easy scooter ride to centre, although bolt also cheap and fast. Enjoyed stay but would say although our bathroom cleaned daily, it would benefit from a deep clean. Would happily stay again.
