DESCRIPTION:
Apartment Magda, is located in the private residence Magda Park, with a well-kept community pool and garden, with a children's playground for the little ones.



An ideal apartment to disconnect and enjoy the coast and walks on foot through the Natural Park. You will find a pebble beach ideal for diving less than 300m from the beach, without surveillance we recommend wearing special shoes.

The apartment is cozy and well equipped, modern and bright.

Maximum capacity: 6 people.

Distribution:Entrance: A corridor where we find a Toilet (WC + Washbasin)
Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: two single beds 2x90cm.

Bedroom 2: double bed 140cm.

*with fitted wardrobes and windows overlooking the interior patio with views of the pool and garden



Bathroom: with bathtub, sink, bidet, and washing machine. Electric hot water accumulator.
Living room-dining room: in the same environment, well equipped, with access to the terrace with table and chairs, overlooking the Montgrí Natural Park, the living room has a leather sofa bed, TV with national channels, interior table and chairs.
Kitchen: Open and with the essentials, with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, sink, utensils and crockery.
To take into account: The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator.In the communities, the use of barbecues on the terraces is prohibited.

Super moment à l’escala
La résidence était très agréable et à taille humaine. Bon entretien extérieur et piscine propre. Le logement en lui même est un peu ancien et sommaire. Le mobilier est à revoir et la cuisine pas très pratique. Pas de wifi et 4g compliquée. Et pas de Clim et juste 1 ventilateur mobile à se partager. La situation est idéal pour le calme et plage de galets juste en bas. Par contre un peu de marche pour aller à Riells ou Montgo (15 min à pieds). De très bonnes vacances !

Lo único actualizado el precio de alquiler
Vivienda no renovada. Falta de comodidades como aire acondicionado. Necesario en verano. Cocina limitada con falta de útiles, menaje, horno, lavavajillas, nevera tipo combi con algo más de almacenaje. Camas muy antiguas, ruidosas e increíblemente incómodas por sus colchones. Del sofá cama mejor no hacer comentarios. La zona comunitària muy buena al igual que la piscina. El lugar donde se encuentra tranquilo, cerca de la naturaleza y a 10-15 minutos andando del pueblo y de la playa de Riells. Como mejora importante sería cambiar el bidet del lavabo por un inodoro, ya que actualmente está el WC en otra pequeña estancia a la entrada de la vivienda. Eso da pie a errores al leer la publicidad del anuncio ya que parece que la vivienda disponga de un lavabo y un aseo. Por el precio al que se alquila la vivienda , la verdad, esperas otro tipo de vivienda que lo que encuentras al entrar. Una buena reforma del interior y una renovación de los útiles, electrodomésticos y demás enseres de uso diario que creo que son los mismos desde que se puso en alquiler la vivienda. Por cierto la lavadora la estrenamos nosotros porque los anteriores inquilinos le rompieron la puerta....eso nos comentó la chica de la inmobiliaria.
