The experience was worst without even explaning the deals of the phone. the lady started explaning to the other customer. 0% satisfied with there customer service.

Had to return a broken ebike screen that was sent damaged they replaced it right away i am very impressed

Always my go to for all electronics and their geek squad really helped me out and quite happy and leaving town to go back to new Hamburg I've made sure to leave a review for them

Waited in line for at least 30 minutes to purchase a game that they had display cases out for, only to be told that they haven't had it in stock for a while. Maybe they were out of stock of "out of stock" signs? I wonder how many other poor saps in line were waiting to buy products that weren't in stock. Two things that might improve the flow of lines on busy weeks: "out of stock" signs and more than two registers open at once.
I hate giving 1 star reviews, but I can't even think of a reason to give one more measly star. Good prices on products they don't have? Nah, same price as other places. Friendly staff? Nope, the cashier couldn't even muster a basic apology for her store's incompetence. Good parking? Probably the smallest Best Buy parking lot I've seen outside of NYC. Man who served me was patronizing and talked to me like a child re making sure I did not lose the paper receipt because he's had customers get angry with him in the past. He said he had to ask me to promise him I would not lose the receipt. Wow. Not all customers are the same. He needs to remember this.

The store wasn't busy at all. I think the staff outnumbered the customers 3 to 1. I was planning to upgrade my phone and asked one of the salesmen if he had any of this certain type in stock? He didn't even look up...he was placing plastic over a phone and wouldn't even acknowledge me. Just mumbled he didn't have any and couldn't help me. Wow. Just wow.

I bought Skull Candy head phones last November and one of the speakers quit working. It is warranty for 2 years parts and labour but you have to ship it in to the manufacturer on your dime. IF they seem fit to repair it you may or may not pay for the repairs. No guaranties that you wont have to pay for the repairs. Next time I will buy from Amazon. No hassles with Amazon.

Went in to buy a Samsung S4 phone replacement battery. Went to mobile area and asked where to find it. Right away told should get a New phone. Told him no didn't want a $400 - $500 new phone - retired. He then said the battery would cost about $55 and should buy it on line. So I turned around and went home and bought on line @ Amazon. $10 delivered. Best Buy sales personnel should be taught how to sell Best Buy and not loose a sale.................
