Awesome massage, I forgot to ask the girl's name but her hands are firm. I got of the plane feeling terrible with the lack of sleep but after the massage I felt so energized.

Do not go here. The lady was way too rough even after asking her three times to lighten up. I am still in pain three days later. She entered the room before I was ready, would not communicate what was needed from me, and did not listen to requests. I was still expected to tip after.

The massages itself wasn't bad, definitely deep pressured. I paid before the massage for my fiancé and I. As I was leaving, I hand $30 for a tip for both massages. I was told that it wasn't enough and $40 tip was mandatory. I guess if you know that the tip is mandatory then it isn't bad, but I personally would not return.

The owner and other woman, Tina, are both excellent in helping to relieve pain. Expert in focusing on your painful areas and the shop is extremely clean!

Cons:

Was pressured to leave just to get cash when the sign stated they took card, (not a relaxing experience) and when I politely declined and gave her my card, she promptly added a $40 tip onto the bill without asking. Mind you, I'm not against tips, but pre-paying tips without consent I do not find to be okay, especially since the service was underwhelming.

For the massage itself: I payed for an hour massage, plus the $40 tip, only received about a 40 minute service due to many interruptions. The massage wasn't bad, and definitely helped relax me, but was not made to feel too comfortable in the beginning. Would recommend finding another location if you can.

Pros:

Staff seemed polite all things considered and the massage felt good, is also priced reasonably well if you catch the mandatory tips.

I had a massage there and the lady was really rough started out with no oil or lotion so it was painful. I woke up this morning and my back hurts I wont be returning.

Prior to the massage I was asked to pay, and I decided to pay in cash. The masseuse saw me pull cash out and I was having issues pulling it out of my wallet and then I handed her 3 $20's to which she shook out to let me know that there were no other dollar bills attached to them. The massage was great. After the massage I went back into my wallet to grab more cash for a tip and realized that there was a $100 bill missing out of my wallet. I asked her if I accidentally handed her one, to which she denied and went and grabbed 3 $20's out of another room. I know I had 2 $100 bills in my wallet from my birthday that my stepmom gave me. It's really such a shame to be taken advantage of when I wanted to support a business that's probably having issues sustaining itself during COVID.

There are no sheets on the massage table. That should have been my first warning. Additionally it is very dark in there. The massage rooms are like stalls with a small curtain. The women who work in there are all very nice but very pushy. I was the only woman client present. This is probably not the type of spa experience you are looking for, ladies. The actual massage was ok.

If you're looking for a no frills massage, this is the place for you. The price is decent and Sara gives a very deep massage that loosened up my tight shoulders. I'm sure she could loosen any knot, for a small lady she was very strong.

best massage ever!!! very relaxing and the employees were so sweet. will definitely be going back!
