I bought 3 items online during their Black Friday sale. Returned 2 items worth 227, and only received 97 back to my credit card. What a total scam!

The worst customer service!l online!
Cannot speak to anyone on phone.
Tried to exchange a gift. After many many emails going back and forth and 2 customer service people trying to help, I felt extremely frustrated.

just want to say that this company is an absolute con job. I didn't really see their YELP rating or call their stores to realize how unresponsive they are but foolishly purchased a digital gift card that I haven't received for the past 48 hours!! A digital gift card worth $200!!
I have proof of the transaction , an order number but didn't receive anything for it despite sending several emails to their support dept.
Numerous complaints on YELP here and their own website reviews (where you can see customers complain about goods not received) confirm the dodgy nature of this company. I have sent over 25 emails to their support but not a single response so far!.
Stay away unless you want to get conned. Please reach out to me if you need proof of transaction and communication with their support dept. What a horrible company!! If you think my experience and others who have commented here are simply outliers , the joke is on you!! Beware!

Everything people say here about customer service is true! Terrible! Have purchases about 20 items from them for friends and family and they still treated me terrible when simply trying to return an item within 14 days. The items are worth $450 were purchased in store in NY Soho location by my daughter. It was too large and the store personal told us we could simple exchange it for a smaller size online when I got back to CA... Not the case! They will not take back on in-store purchases online even though store personnel told me to exchange it that way!!! So now at my expense I need not mail it back to the store and coordinate with them to credit me. That is what I will do bur really? I have spent thousands of dollars with them and they just lost an excellent customer. How very very dumb of them to treat an excellent customer this way.

What a terrible customer service company. They don't honor return policy !!! Sweater was decent quality but color they showed was not near color red I got. They have given me the runaround for days. Horrible. Stay away. Look at Quince

Impossible to return an item or contact the company. Poor quality of cashmere. Apparently this company is afraid of client complaints.

Phone number listed is not in service. Have yet to receive my item from 20 days ago. No one answers from customer service email. I have ordered from Nassau before with much success so this is worrisome.

I had a pretty dismal experience with Naadam a few weeks ago. I purchased two items, and a few days later I received an email saying it had shipped with tracking numbers.
After several days DHL had still not received the package from the seller. Only a label had been created. I reached out via email and was told that packages won't track until they get to the destination. That's not true. There is no number to call so I emailed again and got no response. After a week, the package still wasn't tracking and so I emailed again. In this interim I had purchased shoes for the dress, and my trip is around the corner, it doesn't look like I'll ever get this dress. They ship with DHL and then transfer to USPS from back east. Past experience has shown me, this is about the slowest way to ship possible when the item is actually shipped.
In any event, days later they responded and just refunded my money.
That's it!
What a huge waste of time.

Updating my review now that I have experienced their return process. Some of their sweaters are still great, including the one I purchased when I first reviewed this store. However, their return process is AWFUL.
They say online that you can return either in store or by mail. What they DON'T say is that even if you travel 50 blocks to their store to do it in person, they both charge you an unfair restocking fee and also make you wait approximately 10 days for your refund! They send it from the store to return at a facility instead of handling it locally, so it costs you time and money.
They definitely hide this fine print online. I can see why! In person, the staff was friendly and helped me find just the right cashmere sweater. I was new to the brand when I visited the store (found it while in the neighborhood for something else) but enjoyed the piece so much after a few wears that I then ordered something else online...also a winner.
It is unfortunate that a previous reviewer had an issue with their socks, but I have found the sweaters to be well-made, extremely soft, and attractive to wear. Give them a try for clothing if not accessories! - Bur R.Tempe, AZ020Dec 28, 2024
DO NOT order items online from Naadam for purposes of making presents! I made the mistake of ordering two items in late November as Christmas presents. One was perfect, the other (a pair of cashmere pants) had a waistline that was too narrow for my giftee's comfort. Unfortunately, since I made the "mistake" of placing my order more than two weeks before Christmas, the uncomfortable pants were not returnable, as Naadam does not permit returns more than 14 days from the date of delivery. Further, Naadam "generously" permits exchanges of purchases made near Christmas for an extended period (the return window remains closed after 14 days), but exchanges may be made only for the same product in an alternative size or "colorway", whatever that is. I finally gave up and simply gave the cashmere pants to charity in the hopes that someone else can use them. Since I did not bother contacting Naadam's customer service, since its draconian return/exchange policy is clearly set forth, I cannot address Naadam's customer service, but its website is one of the worst that I ever have tried to negotiate. DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS ONLINE FROM NAADAM!!!
