I saw the $35. an hour massage and the "Walk-ins Welcome" on a Monday at 10:00am
not a chance-we had to "Hello is anyone at home" for 5 minutes then were told- no manicures available as each tech works independently plus a cell phone call was necessary to call owner to find whereabouts of massage therapist--UGH!
Guess we might have gotten what we paid for but decided to go home!

I wish they had negative stars. This place is AWFUL!
The worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. I wouldn't recommend anyone ever go there.
I received a gift certificate from my fiancé for Christmas. I called and made an appointment, the owner called and said she needed to change it. I had forgot due to the change . I called and rescheduled for the following Saturday. I arrived 5 minutes early and was greet by ... are you Tammy? Come on. ...
Half way back she ask if I had a coupon, I said "no gift certificate". Then she stop , start talking to the owner. her and the owner are going back forth. I was told to go have a sit in the waiting area. The masseur had scheduled a massage that morning. 15 -20 minutes of waiting the owner comes over and said " you come back in hour- hour and half"
I told her no , that I just wanted my money back and I would go somewhere else....
She left toward the back. Thirty minutes went by she had not return. My fiancé came up and went to back to ask her what was taking so long. She was doing someone's hair and had left me just sitting there. Then she began to tell her client what was going on. I went around the corner told her " it wasn't any of her business to give me my money and I would leave" . She came across the room pointing her finger at me ranting and then got right in my face screaming. I held my composure. I said "give me my damn money and I will leave," "that I had waited patiently for over half hour."
She kept screaming and ranting . It was the most unprofessional thing I had ever seen. Worst customer service in the world , and I have been to a lot of countries. So my advise , keep driving , don't stop!

Was not greeted by anyone when I came in, just started at.. Awkwardly.... Wanted a massage, so i waited for the someone to finally tell me there was no therapist available that day. Great. Waste of time....
